Does the app really work without internet? ▾
Yes — 100%. Once installed, Sity Schoolware runs entirely from your phone's local storage. No data bundles, no WiFi, no server connection. Works in the deepest rural areas with zero network. Your data never leaves your device.
Can multiple teachers use the same license? ▾
Yes. One license file is shared to all teachers via WhatsApp, mail, bluetooth or any other means. Each teacher opens the app, imports the shared license, and they are all activated instantly. The license applies per school; Not per-device.
How quickly will I receive my license after payment? ▾
For Paystack payments, we receive instant notification and typically send licenses within a few hours during business hours. For bank transfers, send your proof via WhatsApp and we'll process same day. We are a responsive team — your school will not wait long.
What phones and devices does it work on? ▾
Any Android phone running Chrome, any iPhone running Safari, and any laptop or desktop with a modern browser. If your device can open a website, it can run Sity Schoolware.
Is our student data safe? Who can see it? ▾
Nobody except your school. All data — student names, scores, photos, reports — is stored only on the device running the app. We have no server and no way to access your school's data. Privacy is guaranteed by design, not just policy.
Can I try before paying? ▾
Absolutely. Free mode is fully functional — generate as many reports as you want. You'll see the Sity Schoolware watermark on free reports, but all core features work. Pay only when you're ready to remove branding and unlock premium features.
What happens if my student count exceeds my license? ▾
Every license includes 10 free bonus student slots above your purchased count. The app notifies you when you enter the bonus zone. Once the bonus is used, premium features pause until you renew or upgrade — but you can still generate reports.
What happens when my license expires? ▾
Premium features pause when your license expires, but you keep all your saved reports and can continue generating reports in free mode. Simply renew for the next term or session and import the new license file to restore everything.
