Step-by-step guide
Go to School Setup. Fill school name, address, phone, email, principal name, school motto, and upload logo. Tap Save. This is done once and saved permanently.
Go to Class Setup. Select template, class, teacher, session, term. Enter teacher and head teacher signature text (separate from their full names). Add each student (name, gender, age, photo). Tap Save Class — blank reports auto-created alphabetically.
Tap 📄 PDF. The report renders as a PDF saved to your device. Share it from your Files app via WhatsApp, email, or Bluetooth.
In View Reports, tap 📄 Combined Class PDF. All reports in the current class are merged into one PDF file — perfect for sending to a printer for the whole class at once.
Tap 📦 .myschool to export an editable report file. Send to admin via WhatsApp. Admin imports via View Reports → Import .myschool, reviews, approves, generates PDF.
Open this link in Chrome (Android) or Safari (iPhone) → tap Add to Home Screen. The app installs like a real app and works 100% offline forever.
